In Dex Hannon's latest piece, a limited edition digital artwork, the haunting echoes of World War II find vivid expression through bold color choices and dynamic composition. Hannon overlays animated sequences of film and then plays it back frame by frame to find new compositions to play with. To create these new digital artworks.

His works currently are based on frames of this film he created from a series of still photographs of the local area of Northumberland. Objects and areas he refers to as 'memes' places and objects etched into his mind as he recalls journeys around the area.
